Online orders are currently unavailable, so there are no website orders to return or refund at this time.

When online ordering opens

We will publish a complete return process and address before accepting payment. For eligible UK distance purchases, consumers generally have 14 days after delivery to notify a trader that they wish to cancel, then a further 14 days to send goods back. Statutory rights for faulty goods are unaffected. Terms for other destinations will be stated before checkout.

If you have a question about a purchase made through another channel, contact support@talvorri.shop with the order details. Please do not send goods to our registered office unless our support team has given you that address for a specific return.
